Depending on the occasion, our hog roasts can add a touch of theatrics to your special event. Situated outside and should the weather be inclement, under a gazebo, the hog roast will be on display through-out the day while it slowly cooks, imparting the aroma of succulent roast pork and the visual treat of lots of crunchy crackling and freshly prepared stuffing.

Once ready and cooked, the meat and crackling will be carved and served in freshly baked bread rolls with stuffing and apple sauce by the chef and assistant dressed in chef’s whites providing a professional and friendly service.
